Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity (DE&I)

Enhance Leadership offers team training & workshops tailored specifically to the needs of your organization to support and create spaces of inclusivity. One-time trainings are available, but often miss the mark on long-term integration. Putting DE&I into action often requires a team coaching approach that supports education upfront and supports teams to shift perspectives and create agreements that ensure inclusivity is held as the company standard. Have you considered Team Coaching?

Training and Development can be extremely beneficial to your team’s enhancement, and we have fantastic sessions to choose from. However, if you are serious about lasting change for your leaders and teams at your organization, we highly recommend Team Coaching. Team Coaching is a combination of Training, Coaching for leaders, and Group Coaching that take place over a period of months to help your team integrate training content, and practice new ways of communicating that lead to actual change. This process combines a systems assessment, applied unique strategy, and ongoing accountability to maintain growth and development through all the bumpy spots. Too often we see teams conduct training that are easily forgotten. Additionally, some leaders develop themselves with coaching but struggle to navigate through change and conflict when the rest of the team has not yet explored their own development and responsibility for their actions.
