Rebel Leaders:

Lead Change, Shift Culture, Reclaim Power

A cohort for bold leaders who don’t just want a seat at the table—they want to change the conversation.

This Isn’t Your Standard Leadership Program

Most leadership development is about fitting in. This one is about breaking through.

Rebel Leadership is for changemakers, ERG champions, and directors leading powerful initiatives who are ready to confront systems, elevate voices, and drive transformation without burning out. If you're exhausted by performative DEI, bored by corporate buzzwords, and craving real tools for impact—you're home.

Who It's for

  • ERG leaders and equity champions leading from the margins

  • Directors or VPs building culture, inclusion, or change strategy

  • High-stakes project leads who influence without positional authority

  • Rebels, reformers, and disruptors in need of a support system

‘There’s something extraordinary about working with a team of rebel leaders - the kind of people who challenge norms, embrace complexity, and co-create something entirely new. This is what our future needs!’
- Jeremy Long
